Planetary gearboxes
JTECH Srl of Turin is a technical and commercial point of reference for SIBONI motors and gearboxes for Piedmont.
PGB PLANET identifies the range of precision planetary gearboxes. The development of these components is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the market, with great attention to the performance of electric motors which often require coupling with the planetary gearbox. Every single application that requires the use of the gearbox requires specific characteristics that must be assessed according to the torque, the torsional rigidity, the angular backlash, the noiseless operation and many other parameters that must be analyzed in the specific context.
The Siboni planetary gearbox project was born with the line called RE, designed to guarantee a strong transmission of loads together with characteristics of high precision and reliability. The RE range was conceived and developed taking into account not only the needs of the gearbox market, but also the needs of motors manufacturers, taking care of the coupling and fastening systems.
The NXT line is designed to ensure a greater dynamic response than the RE line, adapting to the standards required by industrial automation. Starting from the NXT line, we have further developed application modularity, with great attention both to the coupling phase with the motor and to the possibility of moving any type of axis.
Recently introduced the new NXR line, which groups together the peculiarities of the previous RE (transmitted torque) and NXT (torsional rigidity) projects in a single product. The gearbox component becomes the junction ring between the electronic part, compared to the mechanical part downstream of the system.
The new NXS line was created to maintain the performance of the other lines, managing to compact the external dimensions of the gearbox.
