ASCO valves for hazardous atmospheres are certified for use in all those environments that present a potentially explosive atmosphere due to local and operating conditions. The ATEX directive has been adopted by the European Union to facilitate trade by aligning the technical and legal requirements of the Member States for products intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, valid for all electrical and mechanical equipment.
